Battle Creek Department of Water

Character design and concepts for a series of public service videos from the City of Battle Creek Department of Water, focusing on educating people about correct and incorrect use of public water sources, disposal of hazardous waste products, and conservation of natural water sources. The characters of Bud (the man) and Spike (the dog) were used in short, limited animation TV spots that played on the city website, television and during movie trailers in local theaters. The characters also went on to appear on other promotional pieces, including t-shirts, magnets and billboards.
