Eh, why wait until Saturday…

February is becoming a month of reveals for me, and here’s one that I’ve been sitting on for a while (although I have spilled the beans to a few of you)…

I am proud to announce that I have re-designed the identity system for the KALAMAZOO WINGS Hockey Organization of Kalamazoo, Michigan. I’ve been working on this since late summer, and the official launch of the new system will be taking place at the final game of the Hockey Heritage Week celebration at Wings Stadium this Saturday. I’m really proud of this system, and as the team transitions into the new identity, it will be part of the uniforms, advertising and overall trade dress of the organization. I hope my designs will enhance and continue the long and proud tradition of the Kalamazoo Wings, a part of Kalamazoo since I was a kid. Guess watching “Slapshot” enough times paid off, eh?
